The WTCS Contract Reporting System allows Technical Colleges to submit transactions
to the WTC System Office to monitor Contracts that WTCS Colleges have entered
into with other entities. These submissions contain information about the
courses that are part of the contract as well as a detailed description of
the contract. See the Contract Reporting section of the Financial Accounting
Manual (FAM) for more detailed information about Contract Reporting data submissions.
The FY 2004-05 and 2003-04 ISM sections for Contract Reporting and their corresponding
change summaries are MS Word documents.
