The WTCS Course Approval System allows Technical Colleges to submit transactions to the WTC System Office to approve, change or delete courses. The Course Approval System is closely tied with the Program Curriculum System. Many types of courses must be in a curriculum to be approvable. See the Educational System Manual (ESM) and the WTCS Administrative Bulletins for more information on Course Approval.
