The Employer Follow-Up Information System compiles the results of the employer follow-up survey conducted once every four years by the 16 technical colleges. Participants in this survey consist only of employers of those graduates who gave their permission for the college to contact their employer and who reported being employed in occupations related to their Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) training.
Employers are in a unique position to assess the effectiveness of a technical college education in preparing people for employment. The statewide report is used as a valuable tool for the evaluation of educational programs and services offered by the WTCS.
