The ISM is intended for management information staff from the Wisconsin Technical Colleges. It is organized in sections by data system. The General ISM Overview Section contains general information such as Table of Contents, Contact Information, Submission Instructions and a comprehensive Data Element Dictionary.

The ISM is available for multiple fiscal years. All addition/deletion mark-up is retained in a given year. WTCS users will be notified of major changes through the WTIS listserv and with summary change notation in the system web pages.

See the Users' Guides for each individual system for more detailed information about system operation, data definitions, etc. Due to technical development constraints, ISM section updates, especially error messages, sometimes lag some months behind User Guide updates in many systems.
