This page provides access to and information about the WTCS Office computer systems and databases. The major focus is the For each system where possible, the technical information in the former ISM (Information Systems Manual) has been combined with the system's User's Guide to form a single document.
The WTCS Portal (https://apps.wtcsystem.edu/wtcs-web/) is a web application that was established by WTCS to provide secure access to internal information and resources. It requires a login id and password. Instructions on how to get access to the WTCS Portal are here: https://apps.wtcsystem.edu/manual/account/userid.htm.
WTCS will continue to develop and expand the portal's functionality as a way to provide easy access to data and resources for multiple uses.
The manuals for each system are accessible from a single system page. In some cases (such as Client Reporting and Graduate Follow-up) the former ISM (Information Systems Manual) and the User's Guide have been combined into a single manual. These manuals are designed to be used by administrative (as opposed to instructional) staff.
The annual Client Reporting State-Called Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at the Northcentral Technical College in Wausau. If you have any suggestions for this year's topics or speakers, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
