The Operative Plasterers' & Cement Masons' International Association of the United States and Canada (OPCMIA)

The OPCMIA has developed a new program in partnership with the National Labor College (NLC) to provide education in teaching, skills, and techniques for Apprenticeship coordinators and instructors. Teaching Techniques I is offered August 19-24, 2007, at the NLC Campus in Silver Spring, Maryland. This is the first course in a three-year program through which students can potentially earn a 12-credit NLC Labor Education Certificate.

Successful completion of this course qualifies for two credits with the NLC.
Completion of an additional assignment qualifies for an additional credit for a total of three college credits.
