Attached for your information is a sample proposal template to be used by all districts for FY 2009 WAT Grant proposals. Note the instructions in the grant guidelines include directions on changes to the Uniform Application Form (UAF). These changes will enable districts to customize their submissions for these types of grants. Districts are directed to use the WAT grant customized version of the UAF. This requirement applies to both General and Small Business applications.
