Perkins III Core Measures

The federal government establishes performance standards for Wisconsin and its sub-grantees related to Perkins III grants. Use the above link to learn more about the standards. The standards are:
Indicator 1a: Academic Achievement
Indicator 1b: Technical Skills Attainment
Indicator 2: Graduation/Completion
Indicator 3a, 3b: Placement/Retention

Indicator 4a: Enrollment in Nontraditional Programs
Indicator 4b: Graduation from Nontraditional Programs

State Plan
View the 2000-2004 State Plan submitted by Wisconsin to the federal government for the receipt of federal funds. It is the foundation for Perkins III grants and describes how the guidelines are the governing policies for grantees.
