WTCS Course Approval Database Query

This page is designed to give you timely information on the status of your courses.
* Click on the button next to your district.
* Click on the aide code group you are interested in.
* Then click on the button at the bottom that corresponds to the query you would like to make.

Button(2XXX APPR) will give you approved courses for 2XXX. This does not include approvals made this week.
Button(2XXX APPR THIS WEEK) will give you a list of 2XXX courses that were approved this week. These are kept separate from Approvals until we do our weekly course run on Thursday morning.
Button(2XXX PEND) will give you all 2XXX pending courses.
Button(2XXX DISA) will give you all 2XXX disapproved courses.
Button(2XXX WAIT) will give you all 2XXX courses that need to be in a curriculum or need to be resent with an appropriate curriculum exception code.
Button(2XXX PROB) will give you potential problem 2XXX courses for this year's client reporting. Courses in this list have no approved version on file, meaning that all client reporting records for these courses will be rejected.

Reset will clear the district and aid code selections.
